Through video consultation, yoga poses, breathing, games, discussion, paired and group activities, Stress Burner Yoga provides tools and skills based on ancient principles for transformation to help groups and leaders create sustainable habits to be healthy, vibrant, productive, creative, peaceful and fulfilled. 

Students see their stress trigger-points change, learning to leverage existing stress triggers and habits to become instead, opportunities to practice stress release.
